Acerola

A tropical fruit native to the West Indies, Mexico, and Central and South America. It is also known as the Barbados cherry or West Indian cherry. Acerola is rich in vitamin C, and its juice is often used as a nutritional supplement to boost immune system function.


Ashwagandha

A small shrub with yellow flowers that is native to India and North Africa. Its roots and berries are used to make medicine. Ashwagandha is classified as an adaptogen, which means it helps the body manage stress and can improve brain function, lower blood sugar and cortisol levels, and help fight symptoms of anxiety and depression.


Chlorella

A genus of single-celled green algae belonging to the division Chlorophyta. Chlorella is a good source of protein, fat, carbohydrates, fiber, and vitamins and minerals. It is often used as a dietary supplement to boost energy, support weight loss, and detoxify the body.


Guaraná

A climbing plant native to the Amazon basin and especially common in Brazil. Its seeds contain about twice the concentration of caffeine found in coffee seeds, and guaraná extract is often used as a natural stimulant and energy booster in food and beverages.


Spirulina

A biomass of cyanobacteria (blue-green algae) that can be consumed by humans and animals. Spirulina is known for its high protein content and is considered a superfood. It is also rich in vitamins and minerals and has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.
